Nuthall East –


Burglary Dwelling – 1


Hammersmith Close 15/12/2017 –


Caller reported that their house had been broken into sometime between 1415 and 1940 hours. The rear window had been smashed with a metal door stop to gain entry. Jewellery was removed and stolen from the bedroom. The offenders entered the property from the rear garden.


Burglary Other – 1


Northolt Drive 15/12/2017 –


Caller reported that their garage had been broken into sometime between 1900 hours on the 13/12/2017 and 0800 hours. The offenders had broken a glass panel in the bottom of the door to gain entry to be able to open the garage door. The offenders had removed and stolen three push bikes, road bike style. 1x Cannondale bike dark grey/black with pink lines on it female adult. 1x Scott black and white adult road bike. 1x Bianchi bike red white adult road bike. The offenders had also taken a box of inner tubes and other bike parts.


Criminal Damage – 1


Springfield Drive 10/12/2017 –


Caller reported at 1435 hours that they had just got home and four lads were throwing snowballs at their house and their partner had been holding one of the lads up against the fence. There were two black males and two white males and they went off towards Snapewood. The males were aged between fourteen and sixteen years. The males were wearing black jackets, one was in grey and one was in a blue jacket with light blue on it. At 1740 hours three of the males returned to the street and were banging on the caller’s door. The caller heard a loud bang and saw the three males running off from the area. An unknown item had been used to smash the front windscreen on their silver car which had been left parked secure on the drive way.


Suspicious Incident – 1


Nottingham Road 16/12/2017 –


Caller reported that a white male was acting suspiciously between 1320 and 1330 hours. The male had short light blonde hair and was around 6ft tall. The male was described as being very skinny and he wore a black hooded with a dark jacket over the top, dark tracksuit bottoms and dark trainers. The male was first noticed when the caller left their house as the male looked into the caller’s car and then into the house windows. There is no front garden at the property. The male then walked off slowly towards Watnall Road and was seen hanging around near to the public house car park.


Theft From Motor Vehicle – 1


Millennium Way West 15/12/2017 –


Caller reported that their white panel van had been broken into sometime between 1800 hours on the 13/12/2017 and 0645 hours. There were no signs of a forced entry being made to the vehicle. A large box of tools and electric drills were removed and stolen from the van. The van was left parked secure in the hotel car park.


Nuthall West –


Burglary Dwelling – 1


New Farm Lane 13/12/2017 –


Caller reported that an unknown person had gone to the rear of the property and used an instrument to try and prise open the patio doors. They have then gone to the rear and prised open the rear left hand bay window. Occupant arrived home and disturbed them before entry was gained. At around 1415 hours the caller came home to find a silver car on their drive way. There was nobody in the vehicle and after the caller went into their property and a couple of minutes later they heard the silver vehicle drive off and then they discovered the attempted burglary.


Theft From Motor Vehicle – 1


Beech Avenue 13/12/2017 –


Caller reported that sometime between 2230 hours on the 12/12/2017 and 0900 hours an unknown suspect had removed and stolen the windscreen wipers from their grey car.


Suspicious Incident – 1


Middleton Close 14/12/2017 –


Caller reported that their cctv camera had picked up a single male trying car door handles at 0419 hours. The caller’s vehicle wasn’t tried as it appeared the male saw the camera but neighbours vehicles were tried. The male wasn’t wearing any headwear.  


Theft Of Motor Vehicle – 1


Laurel Crescent 15/12/2017 –


Caller reported at 2030 hours that their silver motorbike had just been stolen with a male seen making off on foot pushing it. The caller had gone to see the Christmas lights at the junction with Larkfield Road. At 2045 hours the caller had their motorcycle back with them after friends went after the male that had stolen it. There were three offenders and they had all ran away. One of the males wore a puffer jacket and they made off towards the children’s play area on the road. The males were in hooded tops worn up and the motorbike had damage to the steering lock.
